Terms of service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Tutaim service, you accept these terms of service. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should not use our service.

2. Service description

Tutaim is a security analysis service that allows users to:

• Upload email files (.eml) or screenshots for analysis
• Receive automated security analysis using advanced technology
• Get recommendations about the security of analyzed emails

3. Intellectual Property and Data Use License

The user retains ownership of the files they upload. However, by uploading content to Tutaim (.eml files, screenshots, logs), you grant Tutaim a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free and perpetual license to:

• Use, host, store and reproduce the content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• Analysis and Improvement Right: Use the content to analyze threat patterns, extract indicators of compromise (IOCs) and use such derived data for training, testing and improvement of Tutaim's detection algorithms.

4. Prohibited Use

It is strictly prohibited to use the service to: (i) Host or analyze illegal content, active malware for propagation purposes, child abuse material, or content that infringes third-party rights; (ii) Reverse engineer or attempt to compromise Tutaim's security; (iii) Use the service in an automated manner (scraping) without express authorization.

5. Service limitations

Tutaim provides advanced technology-based security analysis, but:

• Results are indicative and do not guarantee detection of all threats
• It does not replace a complete professional security analysis
• Users are responsible for their own security decisions

7. Limitation of Liability and Third Parties

Tutaim is provided "AS IS".

• AI Providers: The user acknowledges that the analysis is performed partially using third-party APIs (Google's AI services). Tutaim does not guarantee and is not responsible for: (i) the accuracy of results generated by such AIs; (ii) the storage, use or retention of data that these external providers may perform according to their own terms of service.
• The user assumes full responsibility for not uploading confidential information, trade secrets or sensitive personal data (PII) of third parties without authorization.

8. Service modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. For any dispute arising from these terms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Tutaim harmless from any claim, damage, obligation, loss, or expense (including attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of the service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; or (iii) your infringement of third-party rights (copyright, privacy) through uploaded files.
